The Flower Theif
I am generally on the road by 6:30 every morning, which is the perfect time to catch joggers and power walkers out and about. These people keep a pretty regular regime and route, so it's no surprise that I get to see the same people with some consistancy. It has happened now on three occaisions that I have seen the same woman disguised as a morning walker powering along the road with a lovely bunch of cut flowers in one hand and a pair of secatures in the other. These are, to be sure, desperate times - water restrictions, climate change etc, but seriously??.....

That's hilarious. You could make money selling that story to 7 & 9 I reckon. Although, I know of a certain redhead who has been accussed of the same thing here in Japan....

i might have done that a few times. maybe.
woops.
but i turned a new leaf (pun absolutely intended).
one lady was positively furious at my behaviour and i've never been so scared.
never pinched a flower ever since. i just attempt to keep myself satisfied with some fake ones in my hair!
